First Consultation
This session is all about finding out about you and your likes and dislikes, your general health and any health conditions you may have.
The comprehensive diet and nutrition assessment includes:
- Medical history: all relevant medical conditions, medications, and supplements
- Your weight and dieting history if you're consulting for weight loss or weight gain
- Lifestyle assessment: Sleep, exercise, stress, hunger, and cravings
- Your food habits: What, when, how much, and why you eat
- Your numbers: Height, weight, body fat percentage, muscle weight, bone mass, and body water percentage
- Personalised dietary advice
Using all of this information, I will then craft a personalised diet plan for you, taking into consideration your daily routine, likes, and dislikes. We will go through how to implement the plan in your routine at your next consultation, one week later.

Diet Plan Handover
At this consultation you will receive your individualised diet plan based on the information from your first consultation that includes:
- Healthy eating guidelines
- Meal plan
- Portion guides
- 7-Day sample menu
- Recipes
- Food diary template
- Condition-specific diet and nutrition information

Follow-up Consultations
It often helps to have someone in your corner when you start a new diet plan, giving you support and encouragement when it gets tough. I want you to succeed in making the changes you need to make and sustaining those changes in the long term.
You are welcome back as often as you like:
- A weekly appointment may be beneficial if you struggle to make changes.
- A monthly appointment will suit you if you just want to check that you are following the plan correctly.

Not everyone needs or wants a diet plan. Sometimes you just need to chat with someone who can help clear the confusion created by everyone having an opinion about what you should eat.
