A quick heads-up… Most of the roads in Parkmore are closed during the day. Your GPS probably doesn't know that and will lead you into a series of dead ends if you follow it.
Please use the following directions to avoid the frustration of bouncing from one closed gate to the next.
There are two boom entrances to access my little corner of Parkmore:
1. Corner of
Marie Avenue and 4th Street, directly behind the Total Garage on Sandton Drive.
2. Corner of
11th Street and Elizabeth Avenue, at Benmore Shopping Centre.
Between 9am and 4pm, these booms are the only way to enter the suburb.
